Q: How can I purchase a garden shed on

Purchasing a shed online is easier and safer than you think! Here are some steps to help you on the right track:

Step 1: Browse our wide range of New Zealand and Australian made storage sheds and pick the one that suits your needs best. We stock the widest range of sheds in New Zealand and you'll be sure to find the one that is perfect for you.

Step 2: Choose your preferred delivery option at check out. All the details about our delivery options can be found on the delivery page

Step 3: Don’t forget to add any extra accessories you'd like to your shed on the check out page

Step 4: Once you are happy you can pay for your shed via Visa or MasterCard, PayPal or Bank Transfer. We'll process your order within one business day and your order will be on its way to you in no time.


Q: Where are the sheds on this site made? 

All of our sheds are manufactured either in New Zealand by local shed manufacturers or in Australia by reputable shed companies with 20+ years experience in the shed market. We choose our suppliers carefully to ensure you are only getting the best.


Q: Can I get my shed delivered to my doorstep? 

Yes, we do deliver to homes and can arrange home delivery to most addresses in New Zealand for very completive prices. Please note rural deliveries and islands are not included in our delivery areas, however there are other options. For more details, please check out our delivery page:


Q: What does depot delivery mean?

Depot delivery is a very smart and convenient way to get your garden shed delivered.  All you have to do is select one of the transport depots closest to your home (these are listed on the product page) and we will ship your shed there for you to collect. Our sheds come in a flat packed kit format to make transport much easier. Package dimensions are available upon request, which is recommended so you can organise efficient transport if required. Delivery to the depot is free on any of our Absco, Spanbilt and Garden Master sheds, while our Glavo shed range has a shipping fee for orders with less than 3 items. If you require assistance with loading your shed into your vehicle, there is always someone at the depot to help you.


Q: How long does it take to receive my shed? 

Sheds are manufactured and dispatched within 2-5 working days and delivery takes 3-7 working days after that. If you are picking up your shed from one of our depots, the transport company will give you a call to let you know when your shed has arrived and ready to be collected. If you are getting your shed delivered to your home, the transport company will contact you and to let you know when it is likely to be delivered. Unfortunately, we are unable to organise scheduled delivery dates and times but we will provide you with a tracking number and the phone number of the transport company whom you can contact if you need to.


Q: Can I assemble my shed or do I need a professional installer? 

A:  Our sheds are made for the DIY market and come with step-by-step, easy to follow assembly instructions. Some of our sheds even come with an installation DVD for your convenience. We also have a large selection of assembly videos available on our website for you to watch. It is recommended at least 2 people assemble a shed and depending on the size and the model it can take up to 2 to 6 hours to complete.

Q: What are your sheds made out of?

Our sheds are made out of high quality Galvalume (galvanised), zinc or colour steel. All have been designed and tested for New Zealand and Australian climatic conditions. Materials are guaranteed not to peel, warp or rust.

Q: What is the warranty on your products?

For peace of mind, our sheds come with manufacturers warranty and the period depends on the model you purchase. For more details visit our warranty page You can be assured that you will be getting a high quality, locally or Australian made product that meets all the required standards and it will add great value to your home or property.


Q: Can I purchase accessories with my shed? 

Yes, all available accessories are listed on the product pages and can be added to your order during check out. Just tick the boxes next to the accessories that you would like to add to your order, update the quantity and you are done. Accessories will be shipped together with your shed.


Q: What is your return and refund policy? 

If your product arrives damaged, you must sign ‘damaged on arrival’ on the form you receive and contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange the product pick up and return, and issue you with a full refund or send you a new shed. If you change your mind and don’t want your shed anymore, please contact us for a return address and send your shed back to us within 7 days of receiving the item. It must be returned in its original condition and packaging. The customer covers the cost of return shipping and 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price.
